ClubKing have changed couriers and we are now using DHL.

You now have the options of:

• 48 hour delivery costing £5.00
• Next day by Noon costing £7.00
• Saturday by Noon costing £8.50
• 48 Hour Non UK Mainland delivery £5.50

Orders must be placed by midday for next day delivery.

Please Note

The goods need to be signed for. If you are not going to be in, tell us and we can have it left with a neighbour. Alternatively have the goods delivered to your work. Do not take time off work or miss a hospital appointment to wait for the parcel.Your health is more important!

If you are not in, you will be carded. The courier will try 3 times in total and the goods are then returned back to us.

• All orders placed before Midday should be with you the following day.
• Orders placed after this time may not get despatched until the following day.
• Please call if you require your order urgently for the following day and it is after Midday.
• If you have any questions regarding delivery of your order please don't hesitate to contact us.

We use a courier as the goods are fully trackable and there appear to be less packages lost. That is why we do not use Royal Mail.

Delivery Guarantee

• Only the Next Day by Noon services are guaranteed by DHL. This means if your goods are not with you by noon the next day, then you can claim back the difference between the service you chose and our regular 48 Hour service.
• The 48 Hour delivery service is not guaranteed by DHL. This time scale is only a guide, so if your goods arrive sooner or later, your are not entitled to a refund in postage.
